• Course is designed to accomplish following learning objectives

  • Head proportions (front, profile and 3/4th view)

  • Drawing and placement of facial features in 3 views

  • Value study and plane changes in 3 views

  • Perspective drawing of the head

  • Portrait features for male and female

This course uses monochrome mediums such as pencil, charcoal, graphite etc. to develop portrait sketching skills and uses oil medium for portrait painting.
